Our refund policy varies between one-time course payments and subscription plans. Guidelines apply to both:
(i) Refunds are not available for accounts that violate these terms or are deemed objectionable at Adsifide’s discretion.
(ii) If we suspect abuse of the refund policy, we may suspend or terminate your account and restrict future service access without a refund.
(iii) To request a refund, please contact us.
(iv) Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.
(v) We do not offer partial refunds. If you are dissatisfied within 14 days of purchase, we will refund your full amount and terminate access to the digital product. Refunds will not be honored after this period. Currency fluctuations may result in a different refund amount than your original payment. If you purchase through a third-party marketplace, their refund policy applies, and Adsifide has no refund obligations for those transactions.
